Jane Gray

MA., LPC, EMDR Trained

Areas of focus: Interpersonal difficulties, emotional, physical, and sexual trauma, anxiety, depression, life-stage issues, self-esteem and body image, identity and connection to self, parenting, and grief and loss. Enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and couples. 

Additionally, Jane offers the following rapid healing services:

  • EMDR Intensives for accelerated healing of trauma-related conditions

Jane’s self-pay rate is $120-$140 for individuals and $150-$165 for couples; the range is based on session length. She does not currently accept insurance.

Shelley Tedder

Areas of specialty: Alcohol addiction, drug addiction, sex
addiction, grief, trauma, PTSD, dual diagnosis, couples, and family therapy. LGTBQ+ affirming.

Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT)

When you come by the office in the near future you may see Sammie hanging around or taking part in sessions. 
Sammie is a Goldendoodle who is a therapy dog in training. He is friends with everyone he meets and loves to play! If you are interested in sessions with Sammie, please contact Emilee.
