M.Ed, LPC Associate, Trained in Athletic Counseling, Amen Brain Health Coach (Pending)
Hi, I’m Hayley! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. As an LPC Associate, I am currently under the supervision of Emilee Aschenbrenner, MS., LPC-S. I received my Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University in Sport Psychology. I received my Master’s degree from Springfield College in Massachusetts with an emphasis in Athletic Counseling. I have experience working with adolescents and adults (12 and up). Additionally, I have experience running group therapy, individual therapy, and team workshops. I believe that counseling is not a one-size-fits-all but it’s a Cinderella story. We all have unique situations that lead us in search of a safe space to address your needs. I strive every day to create that safe space for my clients to help guide them through life’s difficult moments.
In therapy, I have experience working with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, suicidal ideation, performance anxiety, and trauma. I utilize techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy. Currently, I have been working at the Amen Clinics for over a year and a half. Other previous experience include Post University Athletic Counseling intern, Baptist Hospital Behavioral Health unit, and Athletic Counseling intern experience at Springfield College.
My free time mostly consists of traveling with my family, having arts & crafts nights with my friends, working out in the gym, and playing with my dog.
I would love to connect with you for a free no-obligation 15-minute phone consultation to get to know you more and see if I am the right therapist for you.
